Luke holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Michigan, and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Michigan. Prior to founding Ready Group, he served as an analyst at Trez Capital and Forman Capital, where he identified and underwrote ~$1B in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. He oversees the firm's capital strategy, deal origination, and investor relations.
